Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

Through the contact form on this website we process your full name, company name, email address, telephone number and any information you include in your message. In addition, technically necessary cookies and server logs (IP address, browser information, visit time) may be recorded during your visit.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to evaluate your enquiry, respond to you, prepare a proposal and conduct pre-contractual discussions. The legal bases are Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK, being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and Article 5/2-(f), legitimate interest. Where explicit consent is required, it is obtained separately.

4. Transfers

Your data may be shared with the hosting and email providers we use to deliver the service, and with verification and audit firms where required for the service. Where a provider is located outside Türkiye, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the KVKK. Data may be shared with competent public authorities where legally required.

5. Retention

Data submitted through the form is retained after the enquiry concludes, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Where a commercial relationship is established, the statutory retention periods in the applicable legislation apply.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; and to claim compensation for any damage suffered.
